Fundraising for Participants:
Each student that is participating in the Hyatts Film Festival is asked to participate in two forms of fundraising:
Both programs described above have a goal of between $1000 and $3000 profit. This money is vital to the continuation of the Hyatts Film Festival.
- Sell Coupon Books -- These coupon books include hundreds of dollars of savings to local places to eat, shop and play. The book is $25.00 and the Film Festival earns $12.50 of every book sold. The student who sells the most books will earn a $25.00 gift card to his/her choice.
- Try to find one sponsor for the show. A sponsor is an individual/business who wishes to donate some amount of money that is used in for the show to either pay the bills for the show, such as balloons, trophies, theater rental, printing or prizes. The money raised after the bills are paid goes toward the Eagle News/Media Production program at Hyatts.
